Congratulations to Houston, Texas own, Beyoncé who continues to set the standard for Male and Female artists. When an artist is able to combine various mediums to reveal untold truths it sets them apart. Was Beyoncé's 'Lemonade' Too 'Black' To Win The Grammy For Album Of The Year? by Forbes Melinda Newman ... She said that "Adele’s album may be considered safe, but she wasn’t aiming to make a record with political overtones. " Is that what Beyonce trying to accomplish or did she move away from fiction and focus on was the Grammys suppose to be ... Art ... the Artist craft ... however when the Grammy voters uses Urban to denote Black you might say the Grammy voters were Too White to vote Lemonade as the Album Of The Year. What happen at the Grammys makes Beyoncé's Lemonade sheds more light on the Grammy's selection and verify the continual struggle for minority artists to be recognized. Beyoncé teaches that times has not changed ... well hearts on men (mankind) has not changed but there is hope.

ueen Bey is what they are calling her now, Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter who’s music has given viewers and listeners, a new appreciation; Art Appreciation. The word Art implies that you are able to tap into various realms of people's consciences. It allow people to see, feel and hear the experience expressed by the presenter. We may not all agree on the presentation but it reveals truth in many forms of history and culture.

One columnist compares Beyoncé to Madonna who is a diva in her own right. However Beyoncé is at the level of Micheal Jackson ... it’s not just about music or the presentation with Beyoncé, it’s about history, you know that subject in school most of you avoided. Beyonce connects the missing pieces in history the books leave out ... ask yourself what kind of history are your kids being taught in school? Does it divides us as a nation? Does it embraces other cultures? Her music opens up the experience of all cultures, it teaches us that these diverse cultures can be brought together through change. If anyone knows anything about art it’s a process, quality art is a process. All artist must go through some type of training before of after they are discovered. It ensures longevity that produces endurance, durability, and they are able to last a lifetime.

Michael Jackson was able to touch many cultures not only through his music but his message, now whether people were listening or not remains to be seen. I guess the passing of Michael the public was looking for a male figure to take his place.

While the media were pegging in his replacement Queen Bey was already in place. Teaching the Art of History ... our forgotten culture, yes she’s beautiful, yes she can dance and sing but what did you learn from her last release Lemonade? Do these songs reveal your history?

Pray You Catch Me, Hold Up, Don’t Hurt Yourself, Sorry, 6 Inch (Feat. The Weekend), Daddy Lessons, Love Drought, Sandcastles, Forward (Feat. James Blake), Freedom (Feat. Kendrick Lamar), All Night, Formation, Lemonade. ( VIDEO)
