Summer Wolfe and The Mississippi Players Label

Summer was offered a position as Lade’ Vee at KMJJ radio station in Shreveport Louisiana under the management of John Wilson
where she remained for four years opening up for major artists at concerts that the radio station sponsored. Summer Wolfe became
a club owner in 2013 and started a Friday Night Live Blues show where she would open for major artists that she booked.

Summer Wolfe and The Mississippi PlayersSummer Wolfe was born in a very small town in Louisiana, to Harold and Betty Wolfe. Summer started singing at the ripe age of five when she was put into the Tot Choir at her church by her parents where she soon found herself graduating to the Young Adult Choir and then to the Adult choir. At age 17 she joined a local band from which Summer Blues was born. Soon after graduating, she attend Northwestern State University where she studied Business Administration. At age 21 Summer was signed with a small independent record label Citi Traxx Records out of Baton Rouge, La, Robert Martin owner. Performing as the artist then known as Lade’ Vee at venues, clubs and at the On The Street Peace Concert in Memphis, Tn. Two years later, Summer was offered a position as Lade’ Vee at KMJJ radio station in Shreveport Louisiana under the management of John Wilson where she remained for four years opening up for major artists at concerts that the radio station sponsored. Summer Wolfe became a club owner in 2013 and started a Friday Night Live Blues show where she would open for major artists that she booked. In 2014, Summer would enter into the Blues and Southern Soul industry where she has graced the stage with such artists as TK Soul, Sir Charles Jones, Denise Lasalle, Bobby Rush, Mr Sipp, Ms Jody, Big Robb, Donne Ray, Nellie Tiger Travis and many more.

Summer Wolfe is nominated for "Best New Female Artist" and "Video Of The Year" 2016 by the National Southern Soul Foundation. Other nominations includes "Best Video", "Ablum of The Year" and "New Female Artist" 2016 by ZBT Honors Awards.
